Creating interiors to complement London lifestyles

in Blog

London is a thriving global city, with the population expected to reach, if not exceed, 13 million by 2050.

At Apartments for London, we believe that not only do we need to provide much needed affordable homes for this ever-growing population, but that they are of an extremely high quality to continue to attract new generations of talent to the capital.

From people that provide essential services to keep our city running, to young professionals that shape our city’s future, each deserve a quality place to live in London.

The interiors of our apartments have been meticulously designed to complement the lifestyle synonymous with our metropolitan city for the working Londoner. The carefully considered, flexible layouts offer our residents a modern style of living that is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of their busy London lives.

In the recently published revised NPPF, design quality featured heavily and it was recommended that the planning reforms in the new framework should result in homes that are locally led, well-designed and of a consistent and high-quality standard. This approach is complementary to ours here at AFL. While we provided an affordable solution through our construction methodology and development model, the quality of our apartments and interior specification will not be compromised.

Through open plan layouts and fitted joinery units, our apartments make the best use of natural light and space. The high-quality finish is demonstrated in everything from the choice of materials to the modern appliances in the fully fitted kitchens and the contemporary sanitaryware in the bathrooms.

We are currently working to deliver our first show unit later this year, which will offer potential renters the opportunity to see the spacious and flexible layouts available.

Keep an eye on our website and LinkedIn for updates on our forthcoming launch.
