Apartments for London is a responsive and community driven property developer established in Spring 2017

Dedicated to contributing to London’s housing stock and playing a significant role in the capital’s mission to create more affordable homes for its communities.

We are committed to creating homes for key workers and young professionals in London and its surrounding boroughs. Our homes will inspire a sense of community, encouraging our residents to enjoy a lifestyle synonymous with our metropolitan city.

Colin Bartlett

Managing Director

Colin leads the day-to-day business activities at Apartments for London. He has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry with extensive experience in the residential sector.  He has delivered many complex developments leading from the front and directing all activities. Colin has previously sat on the EMEA Board of a global construction consultancy in London.

Harry Goldsmith

Development Associate

Harry graduated from Oxford Brookes with a degree in Real Estate Management. On a daily basis Harry is responsible for supporting on all feasibility work for various clients.  He also has responsibility for marketing and communications liaising with our ad and PR agencies. Harry also identifies new business opportunities as part of the new-business team.

Tom has a degree in Business in Property and four years’ experience in residential agency marketing flats and apartments.  He was number one revenue generator in central London for his previous employer. At Apartments for London Tom is responsible for financial modelling and development viability. Tom also identifies new business opportunities as part of the new-business team.

Seema has joined the AfL team to oversee the design development of the innovative modular product and review the detail design for all developments. She has a degree and masters in Architecture and has over 10 years’ experience working in architectural practices. Her diverse experience across the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors will support the nature of her role here. She’ll also be in charge of feasibility studies for new opportunities.

He is Chief Executive Officer of the group which, in recent years, has undertaken property development of their leisure property portfolio situated in Alpine ski resorts.
